CrossFit Lemont delivers the CrossFit program exactly as it is intended. The stimulus provided are by design, constantly varied, using functional movements, performed at a high intensity. Our specialty is not specializing and our goal is constant progress. Step 1

Call or email us to schedule your private Foundations session. This session is completely free of charge and can be scheduled any time during our business hours (5am to 8pm). During this session we will introduce you to the movements we use in the gym and get you prepared for any class on our schedule. Click here for more information about this program.

2. Wear anything you’re comfortable sweating in! No Dress Code here!
3. Bring water! You’re going to be thirsty after, if not during your class.

INTERESTED IN INFERNO BOOT CAMP?

Call, email, or simply show up to any Inferno class on the schedule. Inferno is designed so that you incorporate right in on your first day. We will teach you the movements needed during the class. Most of our Inferno Boot Camp students find it helpful to attend our Launch program. Launch is designed to teach you every movement necessary so that you can move safely in this Boot Camp style program.

When you want to get started with CrossFit in Lemont, you need experienced coaches. Our experienced coaches at CrossFit Lemont near Darien, Woodridge, and Lockport are the perfect fit for someone new to CrossFit, new to Boot Camp, or new to working out.  These coaches will help you find the class that is just right for you.

To get started at our CrossFit Gym near Lemont, Woodridge, Darien, Lockport, and Homer Glen you need a great beginner’s class focused on people who are new to CrossFit, trying to lose weight, and want to get in shape. This class, called “Foundations” is the perfect way to get started.

When you start CrossFit at CrossFit Lemont you get the benefit of starting without contracts. We always have a month to month CrossFit membership option. Get started with CrossFit Workouts in Lemont at our CrossFit facility. We are located 1.5 miles west of downtown Lemont. We even give you 1 free week to come check us out.  Come get FIT with us!
